Stephen Baer is the author of Stickology: How to Build Unbreakable Connections with Employees and Customers for Life and host of the Stickology podcast. He is a two-time entrepreneur whose work focuses on one central question: why do people stick with companies or walk away?
Stephen is the founder of Engagency, a firm that helps organizations strengthen employee engagement and customer trust, and the founder of The Game Agency, a game-based training company acquired in 2021. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Marketing at Atari and was part of General Electric’s prestigious Sales and Marketing Leadership Program, earning Six Sigma Black Belt certification and GE’s Global Marketing Excellence Award.
With over 30 years of experience spanning gaming, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, Stephen brings a rare blend of behavioral science, storytelling, and operational rigor to the stage. He holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MBA from Columbia University.
