About Stephen Baer

Stephen Baer has spent more than 30 years building businesses, leading teams, and helping organizations bring ideas to life. He is the author of the #1 best-selling book Stickology: How to Build Unbreakable Connections with Employees and Customers for Life and host of the Stickology podcast. Throughout his career, Stephen has worked with some of the world's most recognizable organizations, including Bank of America, Hasbro, Intel, Intuit, Johnson & Johnson, and L'Oréal.

Before becoming an entrepreneur and investor, Stephen held leadership roles at Atari and General Electric, where he graduated from GE's prestigious Sales and Marketing Leadership Program and earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Today, Stephen invests in and advises small businesses while helping students develop the skills that matter most for the future: creativity, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship.

Stephen holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MBA from Columbia University.
